How referral works

Three steps from referral to first visit

No GP referral is needed. You, the client, their family or their GP can refer, and you’ll have one point of contact throughout.

  1. 1

    Send the referral

Use our referral form or call us.

  2. 2

    We make contact

We contact the client within 1 business day.

  3. 3

    First visit

A local therapist books the initial assessment.

Referrer questions

Quick answers

Can’t find what you need? Call 0499 808 334.

Does the client need a GP referral?
No. Anyone can refer, including the client or their family. If a GP is involved, we’re happy to send them our findings.
How quickly can you see a new client?
We contact the client within 1 business day of receiving your referral, and book the first visit with a local therapist as soon as possible.
Where do your therapists see clients?
At home, at school, in residential aged care or in the community, anywhere in metropolitan Sydney.
Do you charge for travel?
Only for NDIS participants, in line with the NDIS pricing arrangements. We keep travel low by matching local therapists. There’s no travel charge for Support at Home or DVA clients.
Will the client see the same therapist each time?
Yes, wherever possible. Continuity of care is one of our priorities.
