What services do you provide?
We provide mobile allied health services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Sessions are delivered in your home, school, aged care facility, or community setting.

 

Yes. All of our 40+ therapists are fully qualified, professionally registered, and experienced in providing community-based care.

 

We cover all of metropolitan Sydney, from the Northern Beaches to Campbelltown and surrounding suburbs. We aim to match clients with local therapists for convenience and cost-efficiency.

 

No referral is necessary. You can contact us directly, or your GP, case manager, or support coordinator can send one on your behalf.

 

You can call or email our friendly admin team, who will guide you through the referral and intake process and help schedule your first session.

Yes. We support both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. We also see aged care clients (via Home Care Packages) and DVA clients.

Session length varies depending on funding type:
– DVA clients: approx. 30 minutes
– NDIS & Aged Care clients: approx. 60 minutes

We only charge travel for NDIS participants, in accordance with the NDIS Price Guide. Travel is kept to a minimum by assigning local therapists.
No travel charges apply for DVA or Aged Care clients.

– NDIS participants: Minimum 48 hours’ notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee.
– Aged Care clients: Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required.
– DVA clients: Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Yes. We prioritise continuity of care and do our best to ensure that the same therapist sees you on an ongoing basis.
